In my current role as MBTA's Chief, Capital Transformation, I lead the team responsible for delivering the transit authority's large-scale capital renewal programs using an innovative, unified, interdisciplinary approach where all  functions involved in project delivery report under a single management structure.

I introduced this management structure on the Green Line in 2018, resulting in better program management, stronger outreach and public awareness, and positive feedback from local officials, customers, and citizens.  Seeking to build on the Green Line experience, last year, MBTA expanded my scope to include all of the system's heavy rail and light rail lines (Red, Orange, Blue, Green and Matapan lines).
